A remote Transaction Coordinator (abbreviated as TC) uses software workflows to manage the details involved in closing a real estate transaction. The remote transaction coordinator monitors the process from opening escrow to closing.

We do not charge cancellation fees, unless it is a reoccurring issue.

What are the hours do you work?
Regular business M-F from 9 am-5 pm.

You will have access to Open to Close, our transaction management system. All documents are uploaded and updated as they are received. You can also reach Megan during business hours.

Can you help with a transaction I have already started?
Yes! We can take over paperwork on transactions that are in progress.
